Our Signature Class - $50
Level - Beginner Our signature, most popular workshop! Learn the sewing skills to make any of FOUR different handbag styles in this two hour workshop. You do the leg work, our staff will do the finishing touches to make sure your bag is sturdy and professional looking when you walk out the door with it. You choose the fabric for the outside & lining. Choose to add adjustable straps or wooden handles ($10 extra) for a finishing touch. Wed. April 30th 7-9pm

This is a completely new workshop at the M Avery Designs Studio. We have made and sold this bag for years and we are finally ready to teach our customers how to make it too! In this two hour workshop, you will learn the sewing skills to make our uniquely shaped Sandra Handbag. You do the leg work, our staff will do the finishing touches to make sure your Sandra is sturdy and professional looking when you walk out the door with it. You choose the fabric for the main bag portion, top & belt.

Laptop Sleeve Workshop NEW CLASS - $50 Level - Beginner
Learn the sewing skills to make a completely functional, padded sleeve for your laptop. Bring in your laptop or the dimensions of your laptop, and in this two hour workshop, you will learn how to build a custom sized laptop sleeve to fit your laptop perfectly.You do the leg work, our staff will do the finishing touches to make sure your sleeve is sturdy and proffesional looking when you leave. Make Your Own Beach Bag Workshop NEW CLASS - $40 Level - Beginner
In this two-hour workshop, learn the design & sewing skills to make a customized, beach tote. Choose your fabric for outside of bag and waterproof lining fabric, from our vast assortment of ever changing fabrics. You do the leg work, our staff will do the finishing touches to make sure your beach tote is sturdy and professional looking when you're ready to take it to the beach. Feel free to bring your own fabric for the workshop, as well.

Make Your Own Flip Flop Workshop NEW CLASS - $40 Level - Beginner Learn the sewing skills to make a cute, functional pair of soft, padded flip flops. The tops of the flip flops are made of the fabric of your choice. The bottoms are made of a black, white or pink with white polka dots . As usual, you do most of the sewing work and one of our workshop teachers will finish them up to make sure they are sturdy and professional looking when you leave.

Learn the sewing skills to make a customized, cute skirt in your size, in this two hour workshop. Make Your Own PJ Bottoms
$40 Level - Beginner
Learn the sewing skills to make a pair of customized, fun pajamas in your size, in this two hour workshop. You do the leg work, our staff will do the finishing touches to make sure your pajama bottoms are sturdy and professional looking when you walk out the door with them. Choose to do your pajamas in any of the fabrics we have in stock at the time of your workshop.

Please call us at 201-876-1198 at least 48 hours ahead to to reserve a spot for the workshop date of your choice.
All workshop participants have the choice of making any of the items offered for the workshop in any of the fabrics offered at our studio at the time of your workshop.
Price for kids ages 10-18 prices are $25 per workshop when accompanied by a participating adult.
