Private & Group Sewing Lessons & Classes

M Avery Designs is now offering private, duet & group sewing lessons & classes for adults, teens and kids at our comfortable & inspiring studio in Hoboken NJ.

Choose your projects and one of our skilled instructors will guide you through it step by step, one on one.

Private and group lessons are "tailored" to meet your sewing needs. If you are a complete beginner, we'll start with the basics and go from there. If you have sewn before but want to learn something specific, we'll work on that during your sewing lesson or class.

Group lessons are great for Girl Scout Troops, Girl Night Out, Mom's Groups, Birthday Parties, Etc.

Please note: We'll be closed from Monday Nov. 21st - Sat. Nov. 26th due to Thanksgiving Holiday. No open lab hours or private lessons during this time.

Private & group sewing lessons can be scheduled anytime day and night, as long as the schedule is open and there is instructor availability. Please call to schedule your lesson at least 48 hours in advance. 201-876-1198

Cancellation Policy
Please let us know as soon as you can if for some reason you have to cancel or reschedule a private sewing lesson. If you do need to cancel or reschedule and it's within 48 hours of your scheduled lesson, you will be charged a $10 fee. If you do not show up for a scheduled private sewing lesson, you will be charged a $20 no show fee.
