Level - Advanced Beginner - 2 Hour Workshop

In this workshop, we'll teach you how to make your very own adorable three-tiered petticoat that can be worn under your favoriate skirts & and dresses. Take the finished project home after the two hour class. We ask that you have a little bit of sewing experience to sign up for this one.

Here is what you'll need to bring with you:
9 1/2 yards of tulle.
1/4 yard of cotton/linen/silk blend.
11 yards of 1" wide satin ribbon.
1 yard of elastic.
