Fashion Lab Dresses

This course is designed for intermediate stitcher. We ask that you have sewing experience before taking this course.

In this fashion lab four week sewing class, students will create four different dress styles. The focus will be on pattern reading and more intermediate techniques like darts, inserting zippers, fit, hemming, etc.

Each two hour class will be project oriented and each student will leave classes with their finished projects.

Please note: Since there will be a lot of cutting and pattern prep for this class, each student is encouraged (although is not required) to take advantage of the Open Lab time to cut and prepare the fabric for each class, prior to class. This can also be done at home. We would like to focus on using the 2 hour class period for sewing, rather than cutting out all the pieces.

Class size is very small. There are only 8 spots per session.

$149 + Fabric + This price also include four FREE hours of Open Lab Time ($40 value)

All Supplies, besides fabric, are included. Students should purchase their fabrics before the class or fabrics can be purchased at the M Avery Designs Studio.
